Request a vehicle owner trace

Please read this page before you submit a request. It takes a few minutes and will help us to reply quickly.

Before you begin

We trace the registered keeper of a vehicle only where there is a lawful purpose. Every request is screened. We decline requests without a lawful basis, and we decline requests that appear to be personal, such as tracing a former partner or a person who may not wish to be found. Results go only to the verified requester, and we treat what you tell us as confidential.

If you have been injured, or you are in danger, contact the police on 999 before anything else.
